We can provide access to Flagstone – who offer an online cash management portal, enabling you to manage your cash deposits across a panel of more than 40 provider banks, and hundreds of different deposit accounts at the push of a button.

If you have short-term cash flow requirements – perhaps bridging a residential property purchase, a one-off tax payment, a luxury purchase or home improvements – it may not be appropriate to use long-term investments, especially those that are held in tax-efficient structures.
Working with selected banks St. James’s Place can facilitate the provision of lending for our clients. Subject to eligible SJP investments, the bank providing the lending will take a charge over your investments and you will be unable to make withdrawals from, or changes to, the secured investments without prior approval from the bank. If the value of the investments falls relative to the agreed loan facility, the lending may need to be reduced or repaid in full. Rates and charges will apply – please contact us for more details.
If you have assets held with Rowan Darington you may be eligible for specialist lending facilities where they provide a loan secured against the assets in your portfolio. This would require a discussion with your Rowan Dartington account handler.
